GCSE Classroom Ltd is a small but growing company based in the centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We provide support, resources and various subscriptions for teachers and schools across the UK. We currently run two websites which can be found at thepeclassroom.com and gcseclassroom.com
At this pivotal point in our growth we are now looking for an Administrator to work as part of our small and friendly team.
The role will include general administration as well as the following tasks. Training will be provided.
– Liaising with teachers via email
– Creating and managing invoices and logins
– Email marketing
– Creating and tracking membership accounts
– Managing ongoing memberships
– Compiling feedback
– Other administrative tasks as appropriate
– Hard-working & conscientious
– Highly organised
– Excellent English writing skills
– Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
– Willingness to contribute ideas within a small team
Hours: 9am-3pm. Term Time Only. (30 Minute Lunch Break). These hours are flexible in order to suit the right candidate.
Salary: £12000 per annum (based on 190 working days. 5.5 hours per day)
Start Date: Tues 6th September
Holiday: School Holidays

Contract Length: 1 Year initially
